I will explain my code step by step.Our task is to promote following keywords1.Real Estate Dubai2.Sell Properties 3.Buy PropertiesFirst of all I use title tagTitle is always important for search engines bots and also for visitors.
Because seeing at the title he come to know what about the page is.So I put our major keywords thereReal Estate Dubai Sell Properties Buy PropertiesWhy I not used the keywords dubai for the next two?When search engines bots reached the keyword "Real Estate Dubai" then he come to know that the page is about dubai real estate.
Then if user search the query for"sell properties dubai" then search engine will show like thisReal Estate Dubai Sell Properties Buy Properties2.At the second I added description metaDescription meta tags is as important as the title tag. What appeared in a search engines listings is the meta description.
Its clear that if we use our keywords properly in the description tag then its shows good ranking. The keywords which I used in the metadescription are highlighted .Get Latest information on the Dubai Real Estate Industry,Sell & and Buy properties in Dubai,best properties for sale at your favorite location.Here is one thing I want to explain that , putting our keywords at one or two places could not result in our desired positions. If we used a kewords more than 6 times that’s also called spamming. In our above keywords properties keyword used 2 times, property is also used as 2 times that’s natural.3. BodyThis portion is that contain most of our data. Its necessary for us to design our contents in this way that we can use our keywords there.

I tried to used h2 and bold on our keywords.FooterFooter is much much important . we should use all possible keywords in footer. I examine that the keywords used in footer are ranked immediately. Because they are under anchor text and point to other related pages.
